Pricing
How do you price work?
Three models. Fixed scope for defined builds, from around ₹1.8L. A retained squad for evolving roadmaps, from around ₹3.2L a month. A full product partnership where we own a product line end to end, priced per engagement.

What happens if the scope changes?
We tell you when it happens, quote the addition separately, and you decide before anything is built. Scope change is normal; discovering it on the final invoice is not.
Do you require an advance?
Yes, typically 30–40% at kickoff with the balance across milestones. For retained engagements we invoice monthly in advance with 30 days notice on either side.

How quickly can you start?
Usually within two to three weeks. We keep deliberate slack in the schedule rather than overcommitting, so a new engagement does not mean an existing client waits.

Do you work with existing engineering teams?
Often. We embed alongside in-house teams, take a workstream they do not have capacity for, or handle a specialism such as AI or platform work. We use your tools, your repository and your process rather than importing ours.
What if we do not know exactly what we need yet?
That is what the free Signal session is for. Ninety minutes with the engineers who would build it, at the end of which you have a written problem statement, a technical risk list and an honest recommendation — including "you do not need us for this" when that is the answer.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Yes, and we do it regularly. We start with a review week: map what exists, assess what is salvageable and report back honestly on effort. Sometimes the recommendation is to continue; sometimes it is to rebuild a specific part. You get the assessment either way.
Working together
Who owns the code?
You do, outright, on full payment. Work happens in your repository and your cloud accounts from the first commit, so there is never a handover event or a hostage situation.
How do we see progress?
Weekly deployable increments to a real environment, plus a standing weekly call. You also get visibility into our operations panel, where every assignment and progress bar is the same data we work from.
What happens after launch?
Every fixed-scope engagement includes 30 days of post-launch support. After that you can take it in-house with a documented handover, or keep us on a retained arrangement. We do not make leaving difficult.
Will you sign an NDA?
Happily. We have a standard mutual NDA we can send, or we will sign yours. Just say so in your first message and we will sort it before you share anything sensitive.
