What you will do
- Build RAG and agent pipelines for client products
- Design evaluation suites and regression testing for model behaviour
- Own latency and cost budgets
- Build guardrails, fallbacks and monitoring
- Tell clients when a rules engine would serve them better
What we are looking for
- Strong Python and production ML or LLM experience
- Hands-on with retrieval systems and vector search
- Rigorous about evaluation — you measure before you tune
- Understand where models fail and design for it
- Healthy scepticism about AI hype
