What you will do
- Own product design from discovery to shipped interface
- Build and maintain design systems across client products
- Run research when it will change a decision
- Work in the browser alongside engineering
- Hold the accessibility line at WCAG AA
What we are looking for
- A portfolio of shipped product work, not concepts
- Fluent in Figma and comfortable reading and writing HTML/CSS
- Experience building design systems, not just screens
- Accessibility as a working habit
- Can explain a design decision without saying "it feels cleaner"
